1. Running is part of the sport (For running):
This type of garment can be seen in its version of men's workout shorts or long, characterized by being very comfortable when training and very tight to facilitate the action of running and moving without any discomfort.

In activities such as boxing or other martial arts, it is preferable to wear loose-fitting men's casual bottoms as they are cooler and allow us to move our legs freely without any problems with the fabric.
Do not be confused, they are very good pants, and we can find them in their version of long pants and shorts, but they are not advisable to do other activities because the instructors will not be able to observe if we do the exercises well or we could get caught in a machine or even worse we can not do the exercise that is indicated to improve our body or just stay healthy.
